Die Mehrfachlizenz (Concurrent Use License) erlaubt die Installation des Programms auf mehreren Einzelrechnern des Lizenznehmers und/oder mehreren Workstations eines LANs (Serverinstallation plus Lightweight Client Installation), und die gleichzeitige Nutzung durch eine Anzahl von Nutzern bis zur in der Lizenz genannten Maximalanzahl.

Beim Leasing der Lizenz erwerben Sie das Recht auf unbegrenzte Nutzung der Software für den Leasingzeitraum (Mindestzeitraum ist ein Jahr) . Dabei sparen Sie Liquidität und leisten nur geringe jährliche Zahlungen. Voller Support ist im Preis ebenso inbegriffen wie der Zugriff auf die jeweils neueste Programmversion, d.h. Ihr ATLAS.ti befindet sich jederzeit und ohne Zusatzkosten auf dem aktuellsten Stand. Achtung: Lizenzsubskriptionen verlängern sich automatisch jeweils um ein Jahr, wenn sie nicht aktiv gekündigt werden!

Die Version steht direkt als Download zur Verfügung und zusätzlich erhalten sie auf dem Postweg eine oiginalverpackte CD. Ein Benutzerhandbuch und ein "Quicktour"- Dokument (beide in digitaler Form) sind bei Download und CD dabei.

The Multi-User License (Concurrent Use License) permits installation (full server, plus lightweight client installation) and concurrent use of the program on multiple PCs of the license holder and/or multiple work stations of a Local Area Network, up to the amount covered by the license.

Leasing a license means payment of small annual fees instead of a one-time purchase price. You have full use of the software for the duration of the lease (minimum leasing period of one year) and receive automatic upgrades to the latest software versions as soon as they become available. In this way, your ATLAS.ti is always up-to-date and state-of-the-art. Full support is included in the lease price.
Note: License leases are automatically renewed unless actively cancelled!

Receive a Download link plus a customised boxed CD. Both contain the software, the full manual and a quick tour document (both in digital form) to get you started.

* Note: ATLAS.ti works well under Windows Vista! We only find it necessary to caution Vista users that MS Vista itself is still somewhat in flux as Microsoft continues to introduce modifications.

 
Lizenzmodell

Die Standardlizenz ist für den kommerziellen Einsatz des Programms notwendig. Darin eingeschlossen sind ausdrücklich kommerziell durchgeführte Schulungen.
Staatliche und supra-nationale Organisationen (z.B. EU, UN, etc.) können ebenfalls auschließlich Standardlizenzen erwerben. Die Standardlizenz muss von Organisationen erworben werden die NICHT offiziell akkreditierte Bildungseinrichtungen sind. (Anerkannten nicht-kommerziellen Ausbildungseinrichtungen und deren Personal stehen die Ausbildungslizenzen zur Verfügung.
Der Einsatz des Programms unter einer Ausbildungslizenz ist ausdrücklich auf wissenschaftliche Lehre und Forschung beschränkt.) Der administrative Einsatz an einer nichtkommerziellen Bildungseinrichtung gilt als kommerzielle Anwendung und ist daher unter einer Ausbildungslizenz nicht statthaft, auch hier muss eine Standardlizenz erworben werden).

(Officially accredited EDUCATIONAL institutions are are eligible to obtain ATLAS.ti educational licenses: This status requires accreditation on the part of a nationally recognized accrediting agency. This includes: universities -including distance and continuing education programs-, colleges, junior colleges, vocational schools, and correspondence schools.)
Administrative use of the program is considered a commercial application and thus not allowed under the Educational License policy.
